1.“Experience in Hubei” as the core theme: This event invites participants to explore the unique character of Hubei—from its deep historical roots and rich cultural traditions to its thriving economy, educational excellence, and evolving society. The aim is to highlight the profound essence of the Jingchu culture. This exploration offers not only a deeper understanding of Chinese cultural charm, but also a vivid expression of the continuity, creativity, unity, and inclusiveness that define Chinese civilization. Together, these perspectives present a comprehensive, multidimensional and authentic portrait of Hubei and China.
2.“Study in Hubei” as the narrative focus: Centered on the study and life experiences of international students in Hubei, this event encourages storytelling from their time in Hubei Province or their careers after returning home. Through personal stories, visible changes, personal reflections, and involvement in innovation and practice, students are invited to share how they have come to truly “feel the essence of China”. These stories are expected to capture great moments of their life in Hubei and China.
3.“Love in Hubei” as the emotional bond: Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, this event focuses on Hubei’s remarkable growth and progress over the past decade. International students are encouraged to reflect on the province’s development and share their insights and perspectives. Through these stories, they can express how they’ve witnessed the determination and striving spirit of the Hubei people as the province is emerging as a key strategic pivot in the rise of central China. It aims to vividly portray Hubei’s inspiring journey of advancing high-quality growth with perseverance from a broader perspective and with a finer touch.
