Notice on Holding the "Build a Dream of Yangtze River Together for the Future" -- 2025 Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition
To Radio and Television Bureaus (Stations, Integrated Media Centers), Cyberspace Administration Offices, Education Bureaus, prefectures, county-level cities directly under the Hubei Provincial Government, and the Shennongjia Forestry District, as well as relevant universities:
In alignment with the effort to thoroughly understand and act on the Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the guiding principles communicated by the General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Hubei, the Radio and Television Administration of Hubei Province, the Office of the Cyberspace Affairs Commission of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, and the Department of Education of Hubei Province have decided to jointly hold the “Build a Dream of Yangtze River Together for the Future” 2025 Hubei Province International Student Short Video Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"). This event aims to take full advantage of the rapid dissemination, huge traffic, and strong interactivity of short videos to vigorously promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the Jingchu culture, build a Yangtze River cultural hub with international influence, further enhance the cultural impact of Hubei as a key strategic pivot, and help establish a more effective international communication system.
