Recently, good news arrived from the China Scholarship Council，the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology: Hubei University of Automotive Technology attained outstanding results in applying for international exchange programs. The university was approved for five national government-sponsored study-abroad projects, five Hubei Provincial University Young Faculty Overseas Research Projects, and one official overseas training project. These were distributed across: School of Automotive Intelligent Manufacturing (3 projects), School of Intelligent Connected Vehicles (3 projects), School of Automotive Engineering (1 project), School of Automotive Business (1 project), School of Digital Economy (1 project), School of Foreign Studies and Trade (1 project), and School of Design (1 project).

Notably, HUAT students have secured CSC-funded projects for the first time. In addition, the number of faculty members admitted to the Hubei Provincial Young Faculty Overseas Research Program reached a record high for a single year at HUAT, with a 100% admission rate, injecting fresh momentum into the university’s talent development and faculty building through internationalization.
