I really liked it, and I will definitely come back to China and study at Hubei University of Automotive Technology,”said Atuahene Evelyn (Ai Yilin) excitedly at the closing ceremony of the Chinese Bridge Ghanaian Student Summer Camp in China.

On this summer camp, Evelyn and 23 other Ghanaian students came to our university and took part in an 11‑day immersive study trip. Zhang Hongxia, Vice President of our university, watched a Chinese language class and warmly met the students. She encouraged them to learn Chinese well and become a bridge for cultural exchange between China and Africa.

The theme of this Chinese Bridge activity was“Wudang and Hanshui Culture”and“the Charm of Shiyan, the City of Cars.”It created a special course system that combined Chinese learning with cultural experiences, helping the students understand China’s development from different angles.
