Recently,according to the notice that the 2024 World Famous Scientists Will Be to Hubei to Give Lectures,put by the office of Hubei Provincial Educational Department.Two projects of our school have been approved through HUAT’S organization and declaration,and the expert group’s review and publicity,which work for the Provincial Department of Education.

It is reported that in this two projects, the two experts are from Italy and the United Stated, who will give the information about British and American literature and geographic information system,basing on the the school of Foreign Languages and the School of Economics and Management.The project’s successful application has promoted our school’s invitation towards foreign experts and scholars,who will go there for a short-term visits,lectures and scientific research cooperation.What’s more, this project is of positive significance to strengthen the academic exchanges between our school and foreign universities,broad the horizons of teachers and students, and  also help our faculty understand the international frontier scientific research.

According to the statistics, our school has obtained a total of 14 accomplished projects since 2016. This time, there are a total of 68 sanctified projects, and all of them should be completed before December 31,2024.The implementation of the project shall carry out performance evaluation , and the two factors are important basis for the next year ' s project approval and funding .The International Cooperation and Exchange Office will assist the approved colleges to carry out the project implementation work , conscientiously organize the preparation of lectures , and actively take supporting measures to effectively improve the project efficiency .
