Recently, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and the Department of Education of Hubei Province were informed that four teachers of HUAT were approved for study abroad. Among them, Zhang Zelin, a teacher from College of Mathematics, Physics and Optic-electronic Engineering , was approved for the "Local Cooperation Program of CSC 2024 ", and will go to Australia to study for one year; Hou Jun from College of Mechanical Engineering, and Wang Lili and Li Jing from School of Foreign Language, were approved for the Study Abroad Projects for Young College Teachers 2024, as announced by Department of Education of Hubei Province.

Going abroad for training is conducive to teachers to improve their scientific research and business ability and international academic exchange ability, grasp the international cutting edge in their scientific research field, and broaden their horizons. International Cooperation & Exchange Office will assist the approved teachers to study abroad smoothly and put the Internationalization Project of Teachers into practice; at the same time, it will strengthen the contact and cooperation with foreign universities and scientific research institutes, enhance the international influence of HUAT, and continuously promote the internationalization of our university.
