On March 15th, Zhang Dawei, Senior Manager of Overseas Business Division of Foton  Motor Co., LTD. (2010 alumnus of HUAT, Secretary General of Beijing Alumni Association) and Ren Yimeng, Manager of Human Resources Department of Overseas Business Division of Foton Motor Co., LTD., visited HUAT for 2023 campus job fair.

In order to actively respond to the national "One Belt, One Road" Initiative, and provide intellectual support for Chinese enterprises to "go abroad" and achieve “win-win”development, the overseas division of Foton Motor Co., Ltd. came to HUAT to recruit talents of vehicle engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, international trade, marketing and other professionals as well as outstanding international students.

Chinese and international graduates of 2019 grade majoring in related fields eagerly applied for the special job fair, which was full of seats. Mr. Zhang Dawei introduced the basic information of Overseas Business Division of Foton Motor, and Ms. Ren Yimeng introduced the recruitment policy and employee welfare in 2023, and answered the questions of the students present in detail. After the meeting, some Chinese and international students received on-site interviews, and their professional skills and comprehensive abilities were recognized by the recruitment managers of the company.

This job fair not only set up a good recruitment platform for employers and international students in HUAT, but also let international students know the recruitment process and requirements of Chinese enterprises in advance, which provides a new direction for their future development in China.

It is reported that this job fair is the first time in the history of HUAT history to arrange employers to recruit Chinese students and international students at the same time, which is of special significance to the development to international education of HUAT.
