On July 13, the "2022 China-ASEAN Educational Exchange Week International Students and Teenagers Micro Video Creation Competition" jointly held by the Secretariat of the China-ASEAN Educational Exchange Week Organizing Committee and Guizhou Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries announced the winners of the competition. The work of NDOMBASI DIAKUSALA JOAO ANDRE from Congo (DRC)of HUA Twon theThird Prize (rank 1).

The work submitted by ANDRE is "My Story of Learning Chinese and Feeling of Chinese Culture". The filming locations are the sixth teaching building of HUAT, the Library and the publicity and commemorative booth of the 50th anniversary of theuniversity. He used thevideo to record the learning experience in HUAT and feelings about China.

It is reported that this competition has undergone multiple evaluationprocess such as collection, primary selection, and expert review, and finally selected 3 first prize works, 5 second prize works, 10 third prize works, and 30 excellent award works.HUAT is the onlyHubeiuniversity that has won this award. In recent years,HUAT has participated in the China-ASEAN Silk Road Youth Exchange Program twice,we will continuously promote friendly exchange and mutual communication, and people-to-people bonds between international and Chinese youth.
