On the afternoon of June 24th, 2022, Hubei University of Automotive Technology(HUAT) held an online signing meeting with Fachhochschule des Mittelstands Bielefeld(FHM). Mrs.Zhang Hongxia, Vice President of the university, and Mr.Fisher, Vice President of FHM attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Directors of international office of the two universities and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the two universities signed a cooperation framework agreement, and conducted in-depth discussions on professional advantages, cooperation areas, teaching language and other things, and reached an agreement. Mrs.Zhang Hongxia expressed the hope to deepen cooperation and friendship with German colleges and universities, and jointly cultivate excellent applied technical talents. She also warmly welcomed Germany univesity to visit our university after the epidemic. Mr.Fisher expressed the hope that the two universities can promote more pragmatic cooperation projects in the future, and hoped that HUAT would become a long-term partner of FHM.

It is reported that FHM, a medium-sized enterprise in Bielefeld, is the first private University of Applied Sciences in Germany certified by the German Ministry of Education and recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The University aims to train experts, management and technical talents with practical working ability for enterprises.
