The whole tour ended on November 18th. Members of the delegation returned to Beijing after the ten days’ visit. Among the 7 universities, some of them are comprehensive research universities, and some of them belong to polytechnic type. No matter what type the university belongs to, the personnel training mode, teaching environment, laboratory capacity, international cooperation and exchange, as well as the close cooperation with enterprises on scientific research and students training left a deep impression on all members of the delegation.

The successful visit this time will be regarded as an opportunity to continuously expand communication and cooperation with foreign universities. The integration of universities and enterprises as well as personnel training are valuable information to learn with. Cooperation programs such as college education, the short-term students exchange, visiting scholars, short-term lecturing, short-term academic communications, and academic cooperation, etc. Other programs like postgraduate training, including distant teaching, oversea studies, dual degree program (mutual recognition of college credits, bilateral degrees awarded), dual mentors training, scientific research cooperation, etc are also potential areas to explore in the future. HUAT will enlarge and promote the scope of cooperation with DFM Company based on the training program carried out by DF Institute of Automotive Engineers (branch of HUAT).
