On October 27th, the 7th Honda China energy saving competition was held in Guangdong International Racing Court. With “Aeolus-2013”, the racing car they made within more than 6 months, students from HUAT competed with 141 other teams from Qinghua University, Tongji University, Jilin University and universities from Thailand.
Taking “Challenge a liter, a whole green life” as its slogan, Honda China energy saving competition aims to make people realize the importance of energy saving and environmental protection through the event and enjoy the fun. The team members are required to design and make the car body, frame, steering and transmission, optimize the performance of the engine, make reasonable matching so as to achieve optimal performance and minimum fuel consumption.
