On the morning of November 23, the opening ceremony and initial seminar of senior  management and technical personnel training was held at HUAT, which shows that the cooperation agreements between HUAT and the government of Zhangwan District, Shiyan City has  entered a substantive stage.

The two agreements cover such areas as joint-cultivation of senior management of automobile industry and technical personnel so as to form regional alliances in the industry. During the cooperation, a full range of training programs and activities will be carried out, such as automotive industrial enterprise manager (director) training, middle-level cadres training, lectures on management automobile industry and modern science and technology, research cooperation in the field of management, production, learning and research, orienting cultivation, practice and internship, employment and starting a business, further education, exchange of management personnel and etc. The final target is to make Zhangwang District a model of cooperation between governments and universities in the city and even the whole province.

In the seminars held from 23 to 24,Nov., vice president, professor Luo Yongge, Yao Liping and other senior experts gave wonderful lectures on the auto industry and technology, lean management, efficient team working, analysis of cost and control. 80 chairmen of the board, managers and directors of enterprises and companies from Zhangwan District attended the lectures.
