"If a university Teacher does well at scientific research but is not good at teaching, it’s like something that he has made only a ship but he can’t send the steer the ship to desired destination without proper skills.” said Dr. Zhang when he points out the relationship between research and teaching. In order to advance and promote teaching method of the teachers of our university, Dr. Zhao was invited to give a lecture on innovation and implementation of teaching method the conference room at Yufu Library on the morning of February 25th.
Dr. Zhao’s lecture is divided into 4 parts which includes innovation base, vision and angle and made vivid description with lots of quotation and examples. He also invites our teachers to join his team to make research into innovation of teaching methods and communicate with each other.
It is said that Dr. Zhao has assumed more than 20 courses related to math, which are quite popular with students because of his different kinds of new teaching methods. He entered the final of national college teaching competition 2013, the only one in the universities of Shanxi Province and won by his lecture on the relation between starting a business and math accomplishment.
