On April 25th, at the sixteenth Beijing international auto show, HUAT racing car was invited to show up at the section of Dongfeng Trucks. This team has an outstanding competition history with two times of champion in Chinese college students' formula contests and two best records ever made by Chinese racing car team in overseas competition.

Dongfeng Trucks was established in 1969 with the Second Automobile Work as its name at that time. Mr. Meng Shaonong, one of the founders of China auto industry, was the first chief engineer of the factory and also the first president of HUAT. Since the foundation of HUAT racing car team, Dongfeng Trucks, with future development of national auto industry as its responsibility, has been offering continuous technical and financial support to the team and take it as a social welfare investment program so as advance technical innovation and promote the progress of China's auto industry.
