In order to promote the “2+2” cooperation program between Kettering University and University of Automotive Technology, a delegation from Kettering University, led by vice president James Zhang visited HUAT on April 26. Vice president Luo Yingge held a meeting with the guests.
At the meeting, both sides gave a brief introduction about changes and development in recent years and then had discussions about issues related to “2+2” program, students and teachers exchange, visiting scholars and the possibility of joint program. At the end of the meeting, the both sides signed a renewed agreement of “2+2” program.
After the meeting, Mr. Zhang visited some labs and research centers. When he saw the E30L, an electrical car that was jointly developed by Dongfeng Motor Company and HUAT, he showed great interest and got on the car for a trial driving.
