Recently, as a lecturer of School of Economics and Management, Dr. Peng Juanjuan’ s academic paper “Simplified neutrosophic sets and their applications in multi-criteria group decision-making problems”, which was published in INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SYSTEMS SCIENCE, was Selected as the one hundred most internationally influential academic papers in China by Institute of Science and Technology of China (ISTIC) . It was reported that the paper went to the top 0.1% of the papers in Essential Science Indicators (ESI) in 2017 and became one of the highly cited papers. So far, Dr. Peng Juanjuan’s another 4 papers published in ESI in 2017 also went to the top 1% of ESI and became highly cited papers.

It is reported that ISTIC has been publishing reports about outstanding papers published in national and international journals by Chinese authors. The papers, for international part, are selected from those whose number of citation indicators is above the average in the same academic field, and for national part, are selected from those published in the core journals in China in the past 5 years and whose accumulated citation indicators exceed expectations in their own academic field. The standard of selection of the one hundred internationally influential papers is decided by such factors as degree of innovation, the influence of the journal, whether it is related to forefront research, how much, if he is a co-publication, he contribute to the publication, combining innovative papers, journals, is at the forefront of research in our country, the author of the paper co dominant, the categories of the paper and reference index etc.
