Recently, HUAT held a meeting with the students who joined the program of “excellent students studying abroad-2017”. The students were divided into groups, telling of what they saw, heard, learned how they felt during their visit and study at University of Bolton and answered questions by the teachers. Everyone of them were strictly graded according to their account. Directors of related department and vice deans of schools attended them meeting as judges.  

As was reported in the previous news, this project is funded by the provincial education department with three hundred thousand Yuan for the 20 students chosen from different schools after careful and comprehensive consideration of their academic performance and personal qualities. They spent 4 weeks in Britain, attending courses and lectures, experiencing and learning about British culture through visit and getting involved in innovation practice etc so as to develop a concept of culture diversification and thinking, team spirit and improvement of English and communication. 

This is also the second time for HUAT to organize the abroad activity, 34 in total, to Britain to experience different culture and education ideas. It is said that HUAT will continue to explore more ways and channels to carry out such exchange activities.
