On the afternoon of Dec.15, three lectures were delivered on “Dongfeng Forum”, which were organized by related schools, sponsored by the president’s office and the department of Science and Technology.
Mr. Xi Junqian, professor and Dr. of Beijing Institute of Technology made a report entitled "Transmission Design of New Energy Automobile”.
Mr. Liu Zhonghou, senior engineer of Science and Technology Department of Dongfeng Motor Corporation gave a wonderful lecture entitled "Car Body lightening and manufacturing technology".
Mr. Zhou Jianguang, vice president of technology center of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. gave a wonderful report entitled "Hot Spots and Developing Trends of Automotive Technology".
It is reported that this "Dongfeng Forum" consists of a series of academic exchange activities held by HUAT at the beginning of the foundation of HUAT Council. The majority of teachers and students has increased their knowledge and broaden their horizons by listening to academic lectures. In the future, the school will continue to carry out a variety of forms of academic activities, strengthen the academic atmosphere of the school, and improve the academic level of teachers and students.
