Mr. Dai Lixing, general manager of Shaoguan Crane Company Limited , also a graduate of Class 8343 of HUAT, came to visit his alma mate after more than thirty years of graduation. President Zhong and other department directors attended the interview.

Mr. Guo Douxi, director of president’s office extended his welcome to Mr. Dai as well as the support and help from the majority of alumni for the development of HUAT. He also made an introduction about the development in the last few years. Mr. Dai expressed his pride and praise for the achievements of his alma mater. He said HUAT should make full use of the alumni resources which would be of great benefit to the future development of HUAT. He also recalled the time when he studied and lived on the campus, shared his working experience and even told of various difficulties and challenges he had overcome in his life. He said what he could achieve today attribute greatly to what the alma mater had given to him when he was a student more than thirty years ago, so he would like to make his own contribution to the development of his alma mate. As a reward, he would offer a job interview to recruit more graduates to work in his company and give a special lecture as well.
