The twelfth provincial university students’ orienteering sports meeting was held from June 7th to 10th in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. After fierce competition, our team won two gold medals and one silver medal in the event of orienteering, and both men team and woman team won a second place in the group in total scores.
There are 39 teams from 30 universities with the province with 436 athletes participating in the sports meet. 10 athletes from HUAT joined some the events, like orienteering events, relay events. Besides the two gold and one silver medals, our athletes also distinguished themselves in women’s and men’s 100 meters running etc.
