On May 18th, Mr. Felipe Ayrosa, the foreign manager of Dongfeng Piston and Bearing Company visited HUAT. Ms. Ma Xun, director of international office and Mr. Zhou Haiying, dean of college of automotive engineers had a meeting with the visitors. In the meeting, Ms. Ma gave a brief introduction about general information of HUAT and the achievements of international cooperation. Mr. Zhou also gave a detailed account of college of automotive engineers, the construction of institute of active safety and smart driving, scientific research project of intelligent network, degree of new engineering and training of talents. 

After the meeting, Mr. Ayrosa visited the Dongfeng AX7 unmanned vehicle, unmanned electric vehicle and the students’racing cars. The two sides agreed that promoting cooperation and exchanges between colleges and enterprises were quite necessary and potentials of cooperation should be found for future cooperation. At the moment, the both sides should give full play to the complementary effects in its own field, realize the sharing of resources such as information and talents, give full play to their respective advantages and develop together.
