News was released recently from the Organizing Committee of the 5th "Yuanxinyuan Cup" College Physics Experiment Innovative Design Competition in Hubei Province that the HUAT team selected from college of science has won 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes.
It is reported that the competition attracted 326 teams from 33 universities in the province, such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University. The theme of the competition is "Physics lays the foundation, innovation leads the future". It aims to stimulate college students' interest in physical experiments, cultivate their ability to solve practical problems comprehensively by using physical knowledge, and enhance their innovative consciousness.
