According to the latest ESI data in September 2018, Mr. Wu Xiaohui, a teacher of school of Economic and Management wrote the academic paper "Cross-entropy and prioritized aggregation operator with simplified neutrosophic sets and their application in multi-criteria decision-making problems" published in the journal "International Journal of Fuzzy Systems" with the first author. It was Selected in the field of "Engineering Technology" ESI was cited.

It is reported that Wu Xaohui is currently studying for a doctoral degree at Central South University. Since August 2017, he has been selected as the first author or co-published with others to publish six academic papers for ESI highly cited papers. It has effectively enhanced the academic reputation of the school in management science, engineering technology and other fields.

ESI was launched by the American Institute of Science and Technology Information (ISI) in 2001 to measure scientific research performance and track scientific development trends. Highly Cited Paper refers to the top 1 % of papers published in the same year in the discipline that have been cited frequently in papers published in the past 10 years.
