Recently, RSC Advance (IF = 3.096), a well-known Journal of the Royal Chemical Association, GB, published online the latest research results of a team of Material Physics in our college of Science. The entitle of the essay is called "Polypyrrole-MXene coated textile-based flexible energy storage device".

It is said that the team consists of Ms. Yan Jinfeng, Mr. Liu Weizhi, Mr. Yao Xinyu, Mr. Yao Shuai and other students. As sophomore students, they have been making use of after-school and summer vacation time to carry out research work under the careful guidance of their teachers, Ma Yanan and Zhang Chuankun since they entered the laboratory of material physics specialty. It took two years for them to do such things as from topic selection, plan design, experiment implementation to final article publication. In the whole project research process, relying on their strong interest in scientific research and knowledge thirst, they actively consulted information, communicated with their teachers, solved one problem after another, and successfully completed the task.

In recent years, the proportion of students majoring in material physics involved in the faculty's scientific research projects has increased year by year, and the relevant laboratories are often overcrowded. Even in the evenings and weekends, students can be seen busy in the laboratory. The successful publication of the scientific research achievements of the super capacitor innovation team is not only the affirmation of the previous relevant teachers' hard work, non-complaint and active guidance, but also the recognition of the thought of professional training.
