At 9 a.m. on May 15th, the interview for HUAT 's graduate on-line entrance examination began. College of Mechanical Engineering, College of Electrical and Information Engineering, College of Materials Science and Engineering, College of Automotive Engineering and the College of Economics and Management started the interview procedures according to the unified arrangement of the school authority.
Due to the pandemic, candidates were interviewed via “cloud” meeting with dual cameras for face recognition, and the interviewers examined the candidate's identity, comprehensive scientific awareness, innovative spirit, academic literacy and other aspects through self-introduction, professional ability test, and foreign language ability test.
It is reported that in order to ensure the smooth progress of graduate admissions in 2020, HAUT has held several meetings to study the interview work plan and specific implementation rules. Before the examination, we conducted training for the examination staff and the candidates, which was strongly supported by the information technology center, campus construction and management department and other departments.
