On May 13th, in accordance with the relevant requirements and arrangements of the New Corona Virus Infection Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters of Shiyan City, HUAT conducted nucleic acid (nasopharyngeal swabs) test for more than 1,100 faculty members and relevant workers, in order to ensure and prepare for the safe returning of students. The nucleic acid test lasted one day, in a well-organized way with pre-arranged sequence, on-site waiting zones, etc. All the participants in the test wear masks and wait at a distance of over 1 meter away from each other.

It is said that the health testing is an important prerequisite for the school to resume classes. The school will take the initiative to strictly implement the requirements and deployment of the New Corona Virus Infection Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters of Shiyan City and effectively protect the teachers and students’ physical health with sufficient preparations against the epidemic.
