On September 13, the 6th China International "Internet+" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (USIEC) was held in Hubei University of Technology (HUAT).

A group of 15 people including Miao Yong, dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, and instructors Huang Haibo, Zhou Mingzhi, Liu Jie, Cheng Peng, etc., and 3 project defenders went to Hubei University of Technology to participate in the competition. After a whole day of competition, our university won 2 provincial gold medals, 1 provincial silver medal, and 5 provincial bronze medals in this Contest , creating HUAT’s best record in  this competition. After that, the Hubei Provincial Organizing Committee recommended our university’s gold-prize winner Sun Shanshan to represent HUAT for a live interview on CCTV International Online which conducted a global live broadcast, vigorously promoting Hubei University of Automotive Technology.

It is precisely because of the dedication of all participating teams and organization management departments that our university's participating projects can stand out in the fierce competition of more than 180 projects in Hubei Province and achieve excellent results, which fully demonstrated the innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and ability of our college students, and highlighted the achievements of HUAT's innovation and entrepreneurship education.
