In order to better stimulate the enthusiasm of international students in learning Chinese, enrich their cultural life, and show their young passion, the the first oral competition of "Chinese Contest for International Students" was held on November 23, which was organized by the International Cooperation and Exchange Office.

The contest consists of three parts: self-introduction, topic speech and impromptu q&A. Twenty-three students expressed about their love of China in Chinese. In their speeches, we felt their love for Chinese culture, especially Chinese language and Chinese food, and their gratitude to Hubei University of Automotive Technology.

The excellent performance of 23 contestants from different nationalities won laughter and applause from teachers and students.After a fierce competition, Sanfo from Burkina Faso and Andre From the Democratic Republic of Congo won the first prize. Another 6 students won the second and third prizes respectively.

At 5 p.m., the award ceremony of this Chinese Competition for International Students ended with applause and cheers.

This contest not only improved their Chinese, but also enriched their extracurricular life and provided a stage for their personal charm. The students expressed that they had gained a lot, which strengthened their belief in learning Chinese well.
