Mr. Luo briefly introduced the content of the conference and pointed out that the implementation of "3+2" training programs will not only enlarge the international cooperation scope of HUAT, but can also gave a hand for the foreign language learning of students. He said that if the project be successful, it would be a big step forward for the personnel training of HUAT. In the end, he expressed his hopes for a good preparation for this program which required all the relative departments to have a thorough understanding of this project and made all the necessary preparation works.

In the meeting, Ma Xun, head of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, gave a detailed introduction for the "3 +2" joint training programs.
