From November 23rd to 24th, 2013 International Conference on Mechanical and Material Engineering (MME2013) was held at HUAT in Shiyan with participation of Hubei Mechanical engineering Society, Wuhan University, Wuhan University of Technology, Hubei University of Technology, and University of Teesside in UK.
On behalf of HUAT, vice president, Professor Jian Wei delivered an opening speech. Professor Cheng Yurong, dean of Mechanical Engineering College of HUAT made a welcome speech. Mr. Peter, professor of Melbourne University, on behalf of all the experts and guests present at the conference made a speech of congratulation. More than 200 experts and representatives from more than 10 countries and areas, like Australia, France, Nigeria, Burma, Ivory Coast, attended the conference and delivered their essays on related research fields. After the conference, all the participants visited Dongfeng Motor Corporation off-road vehicle production line and commercial vehicle production base of Dongfeng Company, which is also the largest commercial vehicle assembly production line in Asia. All conference papers will be published by the Swiss TTP and retrieved by EI.
