On the afternoon of January 27th, President Zhang Wenxue of Hubei University of Automotive Technology, accompanied by School Office Director Wang Wenshan, and
Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office Su Zibo, came to the
Dormitory to visit the international students staying in winter vacation on behalf of the
school. The distribution of cooking oil and milk made international students feel the care from the school.
This winter vacation, a total of 22 international students of the 2019 and 2020 classes of
HUAT have stayed at the school. They have been staying in school and living during the
epidemic, and there is no case of evacuation back to their country. At the scene, President
Zhang Wenxue asked everyone about their learning and living conditions at school, as well
as the epidemic situation in their respective countries, and urged everyone to protect themselves
during the winter vacation at school, and to report safety and blessings to their parents and at
last wish they have a happy Chinese New Year.
It is reported that the school attaches great importance to the study and life support of foreign
students staying in the school during the winter vacation. The Ministry of Education and Engineering,
the Security Office, the Campus Construction and Management Office, and the International
Cooperation and Exchange Office are fully mobilized and coordinated to ensure that the foreign
students in the school spend a happy and peaceful winter vocation.
