Guo Yiming, Zhang Qin, and Huang Mengying, 3 HUAT faculty members successfully completed the advanced training tasks and acquired the FDW international certificates from ISW qualification authentication.

Originated in Canada,The ISW (Instructional Skills Workshop) has been disseminated and used in universities and educational institutions in more than 25 countries in North America, Asia and Africa after nearly 40 years development.FDW (Facilitator Development Workshop) is an advanced training for ISW teaching skills workshops, which consists of a series of logically-related training courses such as ORID questioning skills, ISW course guidance and effective feedback. Participants shall play the role of instructors, learners and guides, the instantaneous transition between the three different roles is an effective way to promote professional teaching for the development of HUAT faculty trainers’ teamwork.
