On the morning of April 19, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement on human resources development between HUAT and Zhangjiagang City ,Jiangsu Province was held in the conference room on the third floor of the administration building. Vice president,Zhang Hongxia attended the ceremony and signed the "Human Resources Development Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Mr Zhang Yuanyong, deputy director of Zhangjiagang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as well as some business representatives.

After the signing ceremony, they visited the university's unmanned driving formula racing team, the key laboratory of automobile power and electronic control, and the active safety and intelligent driving research institute.It is reported that Zhangjiagang is the first county-level city awarded by the United Nations with the “United Nations Habitat Award”, The National Civilized City and was selected as one of the “Top 100 Counties (Cities) in China’s Industry in 2020”.
