On the morning of March 31st, the Center of
Faculty Development invited ISW International Certified Trainer Ye Hui from the School of Foreign Language to conduct a "Classroom Interactive Teaching Design-Returning Learning to Students" Salon Activity. During the activity, Mrs Ye Hui shared the design of teaching activities and classroom interaction skills with the participating teachers by a case of international students participating in her oral teaching classroom activities. Mrs. Wang Mengchu from the School of Foreign Language shared the "Three-Two-One" teaching plan used in the online English course of Kettering University with the participating teachers .
It is reported that the the Center of Faculty Development and International Cooperation and Exchange Office have always been committed to introducing advanced international education concepts and improving the international participation and teaching ability of HUAT teachers. More than 40 outstanding teachers have been successfully organized to participate in Kettering University's online English courses. HUAT also introduce the international ISW (Instructional Skills Workshop) teaching skills workshop originated in Canada. A total of 20 teachers have obtained the ISW international certification certificates, of which 3 teachers have obtained the FDW (Facilitator Development Workshop) international Certification certificate.
