Major: Automation

Program Educational Objectives:

The Automation program aims to provide its graduates a solid educational foundation on which each graduate can build a successful and sustainable career in automation and related fields. In particular, the program pays attention to basic theories, methods and technologies used in automotive industries, such as Computerized and Automatic control Technology, CNC machine tools and Industrial Robots applications. In support of the stated mission, all graduates of the Automation Engineering program will have the following:

l  Basic theories and technologies of automobile structure, electric machinery and control, and automatic control to enable them to analyze and design automation equipments and automatic control systems, especially in automotive industries.

l  The leadership, teamwork, communications and interpersonal skills to enable them to manage projects and cooperate with colleagues.

l  Learning ability for further education and lifelong learning.
